Cancellation Methods

- Email: Send an email to community@donotdisturbatl.com with your full name, appointment date/time, and reason for cancellation.
No-Show Policy
Clients who miss their scheduled appointments without providing at least 8 hours' notice may be subject to the following:
- Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled services may be charged to the client's account.
Exceptions for Health Reasons
- Medical Exceptions: In cases of illness or unforeseen medical emergencies, clients may be exempt from the cancellation fee.
- Documentation Requirements: To be considered for an exception, clients must provide verifiable documentation, such as a doctor's note or similar medical document, within 5 days of the missed appointment.
02 Behavior Policy
Respect for Others
- Quiet Zones: Please maintain a low volume in designated quiet areas to respect the relaxation of others.
- Personal Conduct: Refrain from using offensive language, disruptive behavior, or any actions that may make others feel uncomfortable.
Respect for the Facility
- Cleanliness: Please dispose of trash in designated bins and leave shared spaces as you find them.
- Property Use: Handle all equipment, furniture, and amenities with care. Guests will be held responsible for any damages caused by misuse.
Health and Safety
- Health Disclosures: Notify staff of any medical conditions or special needs before using facilities or services.
- Substance Use: The use of alcohol, tobacco, or recreational drugs on the premises is prohibited unless explicitly allowed during specific events.
Respect for Staff
- Follow the guidance of staff members at all times. They are here to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
- Any harassment or inappropriate behavior toward staff or other guests will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the premises.
Guests
- Guests of Members: Guests must adhere to the same behavior policies and remain accompanied by their host member unless otherwise specified.
03 Membership Cancellation Policy
Membership Cancellation Policy
All memberships have a minimum term of three (3) months, and some discounted memberships have a minimum term of six (6) months. Please check your membership agreement to confirm your applicable minimum term.
To cancel a membership, the member must provide 30 days' written notice prior to the desired cancellation date.
Acceptable Methods of Notification
- Email: Send an email to contact@donotdisturbatl.com with the subject line "Membership Cancellation - [Member Name]", clearly stating the intent to cancel the membership and the desired cancellation date.
Unused Sessions
Unused sessions accrued during the membership term may be used between the membership cancellation request date and the termination date. The termination date is the date of your next billing cycle.
Exceptions
Exceptions to the 30-day notice period may be considered in limited circumstances, such as documented medical emergencies. Documentation, such as a doctor's note, may be required.
Important Notes
- This cancellation policy applies to all membership types.
- Membership fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Pause Membership
Pause Membership Option
- Eligibility: Available to all active members in good standing.
- Duration: Members may request a pause of their membership for a period of up to three (3) consecutive months within any twelve (12) month period.
- Suspension Process:
- Members must submit a written request to pause their membership via email to community@donotdisturbatl.com.
- The pause period will begin on the first day of the next billing cycle following the request.
- The membership will automatically resume at the end of the requested pause period.
- Benefits During Pause:
- Membership fees are suspended during the pause period.
- Unused sessions and other membership benefits, including guest passes and retail discounts, are not available for use during the pause period.
- Resumption of Membership:
- Upon resumption, the member's original membership terms and conditions will be reinstated.
- The member will be responsible for any applicable fees or charges associated with the resumed membership.
Important Notes
- This Pause Membership option is subject to change at the discretion of Do Not Disturb.
- Members may not request multiple consecutive pause periods.
- Do Not Disturb ATL reserves the right to deny a pause request in certain circumstances.
