Our Emory University Volleyball team had an amazing experience at Do Not Disturb! As we wrapped up our preseason and prepared to enter the opening week of our season, this recovery experience was exactly what our team needed after weeks of multiple practices, lifting, and the physical demands of preseason. Our college athletes could not stop raving about the facilities, the serenity of the space, and the overall experience. It provided such a peaceful and rejuvenating environment for our team to relax, recover, and reset both physically and mentally. Nice atmosphere and good vibes from staff. Loved the sauna room the heat definitely was alive and so was the cold plunge. The tub worked as it shoukd One bathroom in the whole place kind of killed the vibe a bit. I chugged as much water as I could but restroom runs were killing time. Would appreciate more grab bars around the tub and room. Feel like too much confidence can lead to a bad accident. Would also like a water fountain inside the room with you. First let me begin by saying I have visited 135 countries, most of which I have received some incredible massage treatments...From the beaches of Mexico (if you know you know) Hammams in Morocco, Turkey, and Dubai to 5 star resorts like the St Regis and The Four Seasons. The masseuse (Josh) has joined the ranks of the BENCHMARK of what a PROPER massage should be. He is #1 of my top 10 massages of all time lol!  His etiquette and  execution were flawless...He asked about pressure and maintained it throughout the entire massage. He spoke during the treatment not as much as your hairstylist, but just enough to remind you that you weren't interacting with a robot  LOL!  He gave recommendations on hydration etc and when I completed the treatment, I just didnt want it to end!  I truly believe he is GIFTED in what he does and if I weren't relocating to Asia, I would definitely become a member! The place is clean and stylish and the suites were perfect! The front desk reception (Kylie) was very pleasant, welcoming and just a gem! I will definitely return before I depart and I'm sad that I did not discover this place before today! Every time I visit, I instantly feel calm and relaxed because the atmosphere is so peaceful and thoughtfully designed. You can truly tell the owner was very intentional about every detail. They offer a variety of complimentary teas, which adds to the overall experience. The customer service is always a 10/10. DND is well-worth the money. The facility is quiet with warm, muted colors, and dim lighting—elements that served as a delightful contrast to Ponce City Market’s busy environment. Regarding the staff, I was welcomed with pleasant and professional interactions over the phone and in person. Joshua provided an excellent service: he actually listens to your concerns and immediately incorporates them into the massage, alleviating deep knots. I highly recommend booking an 80-min session (or any service) with him specifically. I’m looking forward to my next visit. (And the space is *very* clean). As a current Georgia Tech Volleyball player, I took a few of my teammates to Do Not Disturb for a private booking, and we absolutely loved it. We used the contrast room, and our bodies felt so rejuvenated afterward. My teammates not only enjoyed the sauna and cold plunge, but also the entire atmosphere and experience of the studio. The space was clean, calming, and perfect for recovery. I would definitely recommend it, whether you’re going solo or looking for a great private session for your whole team. The ultimate recovery experience! Our NFL Cheer team booked a private recovery night at Do Not Disturb and it was amazing from start to finish. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and feels like a hidden wellness oasis right in the heart of Atlanta. We had the entire studio to ourselves. Each room has its own shower, sauna and cold plunge, which made it perfect for everyone to relax, recover, and recharge together, as we were all able to pair up in the saunas and jump around to each others rooms. The staff was so welcoming and made the whole experience seamless. You can tell they truly care about wellness and creating an environment where you can completely disconnect. Visited Do Not Disturb because there were very limited options for recovery and wellness on the Southside so I made the rive to ponce city market and was left speechless. The place feels like LUXURY the moment you walk in. everything feels spacious, clean and modern you can tell that they put everything together with love and care. I wasn't sure what to expect when I first got there but it was definitely a vibe. Staff was super nice, they gave me a tour of everything. I didn't get a massage because of time but to know it's offered is amazing. I did the cold plunge and sauna which was amazing to do in your own PRIVATE room. I took a shower after which was steps away from the sauna man that was so clutch. I then used the normatec leg compression sleeves and man that ish felt so good after a long running week. but my favorite part had to be the Nike Hyperice shoes with he heat and compression. I also used the massage gun at the same time and was in heaven. I invited two of my clients to check out the place as well and they absolutely loved it too. This review is way overdue since I’ve been going to DND since last December, but this studio is one of my favorite places! The space is so thoughtfully designed. It’s serene, welcoming, relaxing, and perfectly set up for recovery. The private contrast room has been a game changer for me. It’s helped me stay in the cold plunge for double-digit minutes, and I love having the freedom to set my own pace between the sauna and cold plunge. I have my whole routine down for before, during and after my DND visits! I recently had my first massage at DND and it was incredible. Josh, my massage therapist, was so attentive and really in tune with what I needed. You can tell he has several years of experience. I walked out feeling lighter, less tense, and just overall refreshed. The studio also worked with me to find an appointment time that worked with my schedule 🙏🏼. The sauna, cold plunge, and massage combo was the perfect prep before a heavy stretch of flights and travel. We had the absolute BEST time! The owner was incredibly thoughtful towards our group and was able to accommodate 7 of us for a bachelorette experience. Trinity was awesome and made sure that everyone was comfortable at all times and even whipped up some delicious mint tea for the group! TOP-NOTCH!  Do Not Disturb provided serenity that I never knew I needed. I recently moved to Ponce City Market and I stumbled across DND’s front door. Darnnell was kind enough to give me a private tour that exceeded any expectation I could have imagined. The contrast rooms are private and elegant. The space is also very clean! This was my first contrast session (sauna/cold plunge) so 25 minutes was perfect for me. This place is amazing, me and my friend came across it while walking around Ponce and the experience was amazing. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. We asked a lot of questions and they answered them all so we scheduled contrast for 2pm. They walk you to your room and give you more than enough time to get settled and start before your actual time starts. The sauna is a 10/10, so cool how it’s both electric and steam so you can make it hot hot. And then cold plunge was so amazing and clean, they even give you a QR code to scan so you can read about the benefits of contrast therapy. Really great experience. 50 minutes was ideal for 2 cycles of sauna to cold plunge with a shower before and after to rinse off. The rooms are private, secure, clean, and have a beautiful aesthetic that’s calming and refreshing. It wasn’t clear to me from the website, but if you bring a guest with you to share your room, their fee is discounted 25%. So a 50 minute session for 2 is roughly $105. I don’t think I would do more than 2 people in a room. The space in the sauna felt comfortable with 2 people, but would have felt cramped with a third. My guest and I used the cold plunge together, which may not be advised, but we made it work. It definitely would not have been possible to get a 3rd person in the cold plunge at once. The shower and sink in the room was clean and refreshing after a few rounds in the sauna and cold plunge. I recommend this place highly. It’s a really fun and refreshing experience.

This was my first time at DND. It’s really beautiful inside, love the aesthetics! The service was great too! I’m really glad to have something like this at PCM. The price is good, but I would pay a little more for a few other small amenities! I had a private sauna and cold plunge. For a more luxury experience it would be great if robes and slippers were provided in the room. Also, extra towels…my towel got soaked from my cold plunge so I didn’t have a dry towel for my shower. DND is a top notch facility where each private room has a sauna with top of the line Harvina heaters  , cold plunge by plunge  and shower with quality shampoo and body wash  . The sessions are 50 or 25 minutes and towels are provided  . You can add essential oils to your steam experience . The facility is spotless and incredibly high end . Owned and operated by a professional football player who knows what it means to recover and to stayed focused on your goals and to feel the top of your game  DND does not disappoint. My experience at this relaxing spot was truly unforgettable! Brandon, the owner, was amazing—he took the time to show us around and explained every detail of how to make the most of our visit. Everything was laid-back with no rush, which made us feel completely at ease. I’m already looking forward to coming back and trying a new experience, perhaps yoga or one of the upcoming massages. Incredible experience! The first thing I noticed was how immaculate the entire studio was. I did a walk-in right after someone had finished using my room, yet everything – from the sauna to the cold plunge and shower – looked untouched and pristine. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, taking the time to walk me through the process and answering all of my questions. I tried both the sauna and cold plunge, and the contrast between the two left me feeling totally refreshed and energized. The shower afterward was equally spotless and well-maintained, adding to the overall relaxing experience. After my 50-minute session, I left feeling rejuvenated and ready to take on the rest of my day. I was so impressed, I signed up for a membership! This is the perfect contrast therapy experience: traditional sauna that gets super hot, cold plunge in the same private studio, and a gorgeous facility. You can tell that the owners put in a lot of time researching Different bath houses to provide the ideal experience.
